Steve had always been a bit of a traditional learner. He liked sitting in classrooms and having face-to-face interactions with his teachers. So when his company announced that they’d be transitioning to e-learning, he was less than thrilled.
He spent hours every day ploughing through online modules, trying to stay afloat with the workload. He quickly grew bored and frustrated with the lack of engagement and difficulty of retaining knowledge.
Then, one day, his company introduced microlearning. Unlike the traditional e-learning modules, the microlearning platform sent quiz questions to Steve's email a few times per week. Steve could respond to the questions with just one click and immediately receive feedback on whether his answer was correct or not.
Steve found the microlearning platform to be more engaging and easier to digest than the traditional e-learning modules he had been using. He also appreciated being able to discuss questions with colleagues, learn more about topics with in-depth explanations, and access additional resources with the click of a button.
Now, Steve looks forward to his weekly microlearning quizzes and has become a passionate advocate for the platform. He feels like he’s learning more than ever before and is proud of the progress he’s making every day.
