A Story of Professionalization and Education

The teaching staff member was feeling frustrated. As the one responsible for ongoing professionalization and education of her fellow teachers, she was struggling to find the best way to pass on important knowledge and skills. She wanted her colleagues to stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, policies and protocols, but the traditional methods of teaching seemed outdated and ineffective.

Then, one day, she heard about a new microlearning platform from one of her colleagues. She was intrigued and decided to give it a try. When she used the platform, she was amazed at how easy it was to create and send formative quiz questions to her colleagues. They could answer them straight from their email with one click, and get immediate feedback on whether their answer was correct or not.

The platform also provided a discussion forum for her colleagues to discuss the questions and get more information about the topics if they needed it. She was thrilled with this new way of teaching and learning, and she could see that her colleagues were getting more engaged with the content.

The staff member was now confidently able to keep her colleagues up-to-date with the latest information, and she felt proud that she had found an effective way of teaching her colleagues. She was no longer frustrated and had found a way to make learning fun and engaging, which she knew would benefit everyone in the long run.
